Totalling 124km, the virtual Camino of the body & mind is modelled on part of the Portuguese Coastal Camino.To accompany you on your physical journey there are a series of bespoke podcasts created by holistic wellness therapist, Sharon Fitzmaurice. These podcasts are designed to allow you to consider your mindful, inner journey as you raise much needed funds for survivors of sexual trauma and abuse.
